I only meant that the game is basically a loadiine rip once it's on the console. I'm not exactly sure how the installation process works but that seems to be the case. u can modify files once they're in that state. u may need an extracting for say something psarc files. ...but yeah. I didn't imply u extracted the game. I simply meant the game is extracted on to the system with a few additions. I was saying that it would likely fail extraction if one of the files was corrupted resulting in an error. I'm sure it's possible to not fail though, but it's unlikely to happen. I would suggest doing what ur doing if ur having problems with that game.

Oh okay I understand a little more than before. I am just going to take a break from all of this since I just spent 15 minutes of painstaking and angry effort of trying to put a sleeping bag into it's roll case. I can deeply assure you that all of this processing and downloading stuff is HECK OF A LOT EASIER THAN THAT. IT IS.

lol...yeah, for the end user it's very easy or rather should be. there's a lot of information out there, and I've retained some info from people like @Felek666 who know a lot more than I do. if u simply want to play games, though, it's pretty basic unless u have an sd card that's messed up or there's corruption. then it can be frustrating. downloading a game can give u some corrupted files (I've had it happen before), but usually installation of said files will give u an error. I installed all of my games with system config tool, but it's dangerous if u mess with anything other than installs, uninstalls, and saved data stuff. it can brick ur system if u mess with some of the tools it contains, but it's relatively safe if u don't do that.

Hello everyone! Just like to report that everything is working fine now! What I mainly did was I just redowloaded the game in USBHelper because apparently something was probably corrupted when I copied the files to my SD card. So I got rid of the old files and replaced them with the new ones and now the game is installing like a charm. Thank you guys so much for all the help you have offered, it really did help a lot and I appreciated it so much and still do! Good luck with your future endeavors everyone :)

That's good to hear!

Yeah, sometimes the game files get corrupted when transferring to the SD Card, they can even get corrupted when they are downloading via USB Helper. The best way to make sure they are not corrupted when they are downloaded, is to start the download again for the same exact game. Then USB Helper will start checking all the game files for the file size with the file sizes on the server. If a file doesn't match up with the one on the server, USB Helper redownloads that file for you.

Sure man will do :) Hopefully this helps anyone else who is currently having this problem. If you're viewing this, just redownload the game you're trying to install from USBHelper, and chances are it should work.

Copy to SD feature automatically does everything for you.
If it detects if something is missing at the end, it will redownload it and then copy to sd.

I don't know why I had issues before then, maybe it was because something when wrong during the DOWNLOAD of the game, not the copy process. At least it's fixed now so I'm happy about that.

glad u got it fixed. the superfluous info that I posted was just a way of explaining the decryption process. anyway, that doesn't matter now. go play some games! :P

Thanks man! :) But now I ran into another error.. lol it's actually just the DLC. The first time I played the game it ran well, no errors it's perfect. But the second time I tried to load the game, it gave me an error saying that the DLC was corrupted, so I had to go into data management into the system and delete the DLC. I re-downloaded it from USBHelper and about to install it again onto my Wii U. If the error occurs once more, what do you think I should do to fix it?

Are you sure CFW is running? Because you must be running CFW for the DLC to install and Launch.

Yes I was sure that Mocha was running since the system was turned on the whole time. Deleting the DLC memory and reinstalling it worked but not sure if I'm going to have the same issue again the next time I try loading the game. Hopefully the dlc characters do not lose their weapons/experience, me and my friend played the game for hours straight and I would HATE to lose that progress...

I'm pretty sure that data is stored in your save game, not the DLC itself. So you should be fine.

But I could be wrong.

I loaded the game again and it didn't make the same error. I don't know what could've caused it but it's working now so it's all good

I get the error no USB Storage attached but there is an USB Stick in the backport and a 128GB SD 'Card inserted. Can anyone help. I tried to copy the data three times now and still getting this error. Haxchi is started.

Hello,

@Drake008

your files are incomplete

Avoid usb keys. It works badly or not.

prefer an external hard drive for better connectivity with the Wii U (you'll see it work fine).

Did you connect the usb key to the top port when the Wii is lying down?

Had the same issue.
What helped was a cold start of the console in my case.
Press power button mor than 4 seonds and power it on again.

Rebooting (short press power) 3 times befor did not helped.

'Now its working without touching the SD card.
