Hacking WUDD ERROR

hey, could anyone please help me with wudd. i i tried to upload a photo but couldn’t, anyway i keep getting the error ‘ ERROR_READ,FIRST,SECTOR, ‘ when i try make my disc into an app. when i play the disc on my wii it does work so im not sure whats wrong. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Is this a Wii disc? Cause WUDD is able to dump Wii U discs only. For Wii Discs you need to use some Wii homebrew from vWii. See https://wii.guide/dump-games.html , for example.
