remove and re-insert the card again and try again. this happens all the time when it's not properly inserted.

What exactly does "Won't format" mean? Are you getting an error? You said it doesn't work no matter what you tried. What exactly have you tried?
Have you tried another micro sd? Maybe it's your computer? Try it on somebody else's computer?

sorr ive tried the SDFormatter V2.0 on it
the formatter works on my 4 gig
i have files in th 2gig and they wont go away
ive tried formatting with the comp's formatter but no luck

on all counts with the 2 gig i get "memory card is write-protected
please release the write protect switch"

ive used the sd adapter and the usb adapter
the sd 1 doesnt work with my 4 gig which came with it

I have come across this issue before. Most likely the card is defective. Best bet is to either return it to where you got it from (if possible) and get a new one. Or send it to manufacturer for replacement.

If you want to return it to the store, you need to see the return policy if you can exchange it for a working one.

If not, contact the manufacturer, how they process RMA is different between each manufacturer so you should check on their website.
