Hello, I want use the woodfilemanager by ahezard, but I don't understand how to proceed

No I launch my r4 as like a nds game

You'll need NTR Launcher installed in order to have both SD and flashcard access in WoodFileManager.

Extract the "nds" folder from here, but use the 1.9.9 CIA.
Open the .ini file in the "nds" folder, and set ENABLESD to 1.

I install woodmanager cia
I set ENABLESD to 0

when i launch woodmanager, I get black, white and black screen, why ? (I can close the app when I press the home button)

Set ENABLESD to 1, not 0.
Load the .nds in your flashcard launched with NTR Launcher, but don't use the .cia.

Then it's incompatible with your flashcard.
You can use Moonshell2 with your flashcard. It lets you view .dpg video files, .png, .bmp, and .jpg image files, and text files.
