None of my mario games work in thw wood4tt. All of them used to work in retrogamefan's firmwares. Why is this happening?
I was referring to retro's files, he just updated the game engine files and yes his files are better than WoodTTZekrom_cool said:Is it better than retro's updates and the latest WOOD4TT?

I'm not sure with the logic of this, but I managed to update the woodTT firmware from 1.25 to 1.28 and again to 1.30 by just replacing the __rpg folder, but keeping the tt_sd.dldi file in the __rpg folder. I have tested with Ghost Trick (USA), Dragon Quest Monster Joker 2 Professional (JPN) and Dragon Quest VI - Realms of Reverie (EUR); all three in which doesn't work with 1.25, but works with newer versions of wood r4. I haven't tried the unworking Mario games (which I think doesn't work since YWG didn't fix those) and also Pokemon Battle & Get didn't work due to an error screen saying the typing board (which comes with the retail game) comes with.Pong20302000 said:WoodTT requires patching of all games that arnt working because YWG closed the source so a new woodTT could not be made
so its quite out of date

I thought they wouldn't work on 1.25 (according to the changelog), but surprisingly they did when I put the original WoodTT 1.25 firmware.
Now I'm really confused
There's no AP bypass in wood, so newer games shouldn't be working...
