How difficult and time consuming would it be to allow wood r4 to load .dpg movies, music files and images from its firmware? Cause that would be awesome and would seriously compete with the moonshell + ysmenu competitor.

yeah but i'm talking about an all in one solution. At the moment Moonshell 2 is an all in one solution because it can also load comercial roms. The comercial roms have better compatibility on the wood firmware so if it had multimedia capabilities it would be the best of all firmwares. I don't think you read the question properly review it.

It was done with AKAIO and Moonshell 2 (MAIO) but it's still very slightly buggy. It can be done with Wood R4 too, someone just needs to put the effort in.

The way I see it, if you can live with pressing A with the Health and Safety screen, then you can live with booting Moonshell.

Yeah! Get outta here with your "logic" and "common sense"!
You are not interested in a simple solution but insists it shall to be a difficult complicated one just because simple just sounds too easy???

I'm sure the sarcasm will hit you right in the face one day.

And if highlighting Moonshell and pressing the A button is just too much for you to take, you're fucking lazy.

Its not that i'm lazy, its just i thought it would be pretty cool, alternativly a plugin for moonshell could be made like one was made from ysmenu. To put in the extlink folder of moonshell.

Lol, you must have missed Xenon++'s stuff. He has a version of woodR4 that is compatible with his extlink for .nds files (inilink). It uses the same method that he used with the moonshell2+AKAIO. Its in the mshl2tools.
