Sry dunno if this is the right section

I got a prob with my Supercard One which doesn't load anymore. It just sends me to the page where you have picto chat and ds download

I think the Ds doesn't detect the card itself because i tested my sd on an r4 and it says mising menu or something.
Anyone got a fix?
