the short answer is basically the best is the one that works for you best tbh.

i personally am using Wiigator 0.3 entryholder fix with the Cios read retry fix.

but its your choice instead of just looking for download links try readin abit about the various loaders on offer and then making your choice, you really should read up on what your about to do to your Wii anyway...
