Sorry to ask another question ;A; but when opening the application in the Homebrew launcher, it gets stuck on a blank loading screen with "fetching, processing and loading" flashing at the bottom. What might be causing this?

Hello, this is the same question asked above in the thread. This happens if you don't have your resources extracted correctly to the sdcard. Read above on how to fix this.

Hello, I'm sorry to bother you but I have a similar problem. When I open the application, it fully loads the welcome page and seems to function well. However, once I look anything up (or click a link on the welcome page), it starts flashing the message "fetching loading", and another message I cant make out. I've checked multiple times and am sure that my files are in the right place, which makes sense because the welcome page loads in just fine. do you have any idea what could be going on?

Ok, if the welcome page is loading, it's probably a networking issue. First make sure everything is connected up properly (of course). Also, one thing people often don't realize is that your system's date and time have to be set correctly for HTTPS to work properly! If you haven't used your 3DS in a while, it is easy for this to be off, which will prevent all HTTPS-based pages from loading (since certificates from the far future are obviously invalid, right?).

Javascript is difficult, and may never be supported. Even if it is, it would likely have major limitations. Consider using an alternative method to read your Manga.

As to the next update, I am currently busy with life, so it may take a very long time before I come back to this project.

so like how have you been , since its been a year from now.

Hey all! I have updated NetSurf 3DS for the first time in a while. Here are the major changes:

- Added CIA builds! nsfb.cia is the normal browser as a CIA, but nsfb_himem.cia uses the 3DS's extended memory mode, giving it 80MB of memory instead of 64MB! It takes much longer to boot, though, so it is recommended to use nsfb.cia unless you run into a website that won't load without the extra memory.
- Added RomFS Support. All resource files are now packed into the romfs of the 3dsx or CIA file by default. This means you no longer need to extract resources.zip to /share/netsurf on your SD card!

Let me know if there are any issues, and happy browsing!

what about 3DS pics (MPO) format?
Supporting these in the browser doesn't make much sense to me, as there is not likely to be many websites that serve MPO files for their images.

If you're just looking to look at the ones on your SD card, I'm sure there are better apps for that.

3DSPaint still works and it's best site to download-upload your 3D gallery. I even download professional 3D pics, converting them and uploading them on 3DSPaint, and everyone can watch cool stereoscopic pictures, not only 0.3Mp photos

This is so cool !!
It's works on the Old 3DS ?
It does in fact work.

So great that it got a recent update!! Fantastic project man, I'm going to try Letterboxd on it.

is this project still being worked on? it's been a while since the last build came out
I only really work on it in bursts when I have the time. I haven't abandoned the project, but I rarely have enough time to dedicate to it.

If you're handy with C code, feel free to check out the codebase and drop a pull request if you're able. Any help is greatly appreciated!
