Ive got all the files needed in a .zip for github, is there any way just to upload that zip to my repository???

If you mean a compiled binary (.3dsx/.smdh) in a zip, the recommended way is to create a Release on GitHub then attach the zip to it. For source code, you have to use the command line git tool or GitHub's GUI desktop app.

Also, I recognize that GIF in the OP! Are you also porting C0deH4cker's SGE or will this be based on his SFML port?
