just some personal tests i ran with WINE, the not-emulator for Linux and totally not Mac.

Spongebob Squarepants Employee of the Month: Runs well, but no cutscenes, which makes me sad.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3: Always runs in fullscreen, fixed by emulating a Virtual Desktop. Custom Parks are never saved.
Finobe: neither 2012 or 2016 installs, even using Winenobe script.

Probably needs Quicktime or Indeo (iv5play) or DirectShow or some other old codec pack.

ok but how do I do it

You would have to find out if it uses any of those, and then install the relevant thing in Wine.

Try checking the install CD to see if there's anything that looks like a codec installer.
