Windows Vista App Error

I tried to install a online game on windows Vista so i downloaded the installer at the website of the game but when I tried to open it, it'll give this error: "Side-by-side configuration is incorrect, program cannot run" or something like that and also I have to look in the Event viewer.

But I don't know how to fix it
