Once I thought that, as Windows CE supported the MIPS 4000 processor, maybe the N64 can run it (with the help of homebrew of course), and maybe use some peripherals like the modem, keyboard, and mouse of the Randnet. Then I thought it may be kinda limited for it and would be very difficult (apart from the fact that in these days it would be useless ;p). But I'm just a teen with no major knowing in homebrew and OS, so what do you think?

You'd still have to modify CE to work with the internal workings of the N64. It doesn't just come down to the processor type, things like amounts of RAM, how the RAM is accessed, working with pipelining, etc, all need to be accounted for and you'd pretty much just rewrite CE from the ground on up at that point.
