Here we go!

If you have a windows 95 image on the sd card named "W95.img", then running "win3ds.bat" with the core will boot windows.

Otherwise, use any dos exe in the same way.

Also, to use arrows, change settings -> input -> user 1 binds -> device type to "Joystick with 4 btns/4 axis + kbd arrows"

EDIT: oh wow it's too big. Just a second...
Uploading to dropbox, give me a few minutes.

And here it is!

"Otherwise, use any dos exe in the same way" I don't understand this line. How do we get exes into Windows to run them?

Excuse me for noob question, What is so great about having windows 95 on a 3ds, can anyone give me a rundown of the perks?

how I'd love to play Rollercoaster Tycoon on my handheld (1 and 2, not the shitty 3D port), But I guess it isn't capable of doing it

Probably not, RCT1 required a Pentium 90MHz or so, so at best it'd probably get about 10 FPS on N3DS. I was "playing" Fallout 1 earlier, which has similar system requirements, and that's about what I was getting.
