windows 8.1 help needed

i want to back up everything on both c and d drivers on m HDD but how? i want eerything back to normal after refreshing the windows

im refreshing the windows im on 8.1 it deletes any installed app but msic and personal files wont be deleted

Right, so why do you want to refresh Windows when you're just going to make it exactly like it was before the refresh?

Also, why are you still on Windows 8.1?

copy your username folder in Users reinstall windows and tada its done and your d drive wont be erased
