Windows 7 STOP Error

Windows 7 would boot up and show the desktop for a few seconds before this screen shows up. Will give more info if needed.

Run memtest86 or similar.
Also check cpu temperatures, perhaps in the bios setup screen.
Your fan could be broken and not moving at all.

It looks like your registry has become corrupt going from the error message.

Keep pressing F8 when your computer boots and start it in safe mode.

You can then use system restore to restore the computer to a time when you know it was working.
