Windows 10 Pro to Home

Hi, i have windows 10 pro. however, it says it is unlicensed, but it found a Windows 10 Home digital license and it said i could just install windows 10 home. It said to download it using the media tool, however, after looking through all the options on the media tool, windows 10 home wasn't on the list.

Is there anything i can do to fix this?

Edit: sorry, I forgot to mention, I don't want to do a fresh install, I would like to keep all my data.

The media creation tool seems to no longer be available, you can use the download available here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10ISO
