Look, I've redone this twice and none of the platforms move. I always kill the beamos and rats.

Yeah, I did exactly what he did.
I'm using a PAL iso if that helps.
EDIT: The cutscene happens, but the platforms don't move.

Perhaps it's a bad ISO. The platforms don't move in the cut scene OR during gameplay?

How did you even get that far? My Wind Waker keeps crashing every few minutes which makes it unplayable..

Yup, tried multiple downloads.. (note that a lot of other games work just fine, only windwaker gives me problems)
