Hacking Will wad installer/uninstaller work with my wii?

I have installed HBC using bannerbomb, I have a wii with 4.0 without any cIOS modification or w/e it's called.. Will I be able to install, say, a wiiware wad using wad installer without problems?

nope you need at least a IOS that still have the truch bug in it so install a cIOS and you will be fine
