Hello, I found a Black Wii on OLX (something like eBay or Craigslist but Europe) and it comes with a Wiimote which has MotionPlus in case, not in the controller. Will it work to navigate into the bootmii menu? Thanks.

If it's a regular wiimote sure will

Bootmii specifically doesn't work with wiimotes, but will the power/reset buttons or I think also a GC controller
Bootmii does work with a GCN controller - in fact, there's a specific edge case that needs you to have one to enter the Konami code, IIRC. (Specifically, flashing a NAND backup to a different console/the same console after a Wii U system transfer)

Don't actually flash NAND backups to different consoles, because differences in factory bad blocks can mess everything up.

The Bootmii menu doesn't support USB at all (which includes Wiimotes, because the Bluetooth connector uses USB internally) - only the Gamecube ports, SD Card, and the front buttons - Power, Reset, and Eject. As for other homebrew, the pre-MotionPlus official controllers are supported by everything, even legacy stuff. Everything even reasonably modern (compiled since the MotionPlus was released) supports it too. In short, don't worry about it.

Do not even think about writing a NAND backup to a different console! Full brick guaranteed. Each Wii has an individual encryption key.
NAND backup from console A = garbage data for console B

First, on a wii with bootmii installed as boot2, u can restore a nand backup without a GC controller.

Second, it's impossible to accidentally install a nand backup from a different wii, bootmii wont accept it (not unless u converted it)

Welp, new problem. The seller looks like doesn't respond. So I found another Wii, which comes with two MotionPlus controllers. How can I navigate through the HackMii menu with this kind of controller? All the other controllers I found are MotionPlus. :( Any solutions?
