Will these specs be efficient for 1080p 60fps on Dolphin?

Hi, I'm planning on building a computer soon and I wanted to know if these specs would be good enough for 1080p 60fps Dolphin emulation for Brawl. Here are the specs I'm planning on using:
  • i5-3470
  • 8gb ram
  • EVGA GTX 970 SC
Thanks! :)

It'll be fine. My 1050 Ti mobile can push most wii games at 5x(3.5k) res.

thanks for your feed back! However, in the past few days I have decided to go with a 1050 ti. I appreciate it anyway, and I would have gone with the 970 but it wouldn't fit in my computer so I'm using a low profile 1050 ti. :)

mario galaxy will struggle to keep 60 fps constantly. it loves single thread CPU power and my 3770K at 4,7 Ghz couldn't do it all the time.

If I'm using a GTX 1050 ti along with the I5 3470 will I be able to keep constant 60fps at 1080p on Smash Bros Brawl?

Okay, I have never heard of The Last Story so I probably won't play it. Thanks! :)
Will project Project M play at constant 60fps 1080p? Thanks! :)

yes, but certain tasks are not able to be parallelized. so for mario galaxy you still need at least 5 Ghz to keep the 60 fps up all the time.

Ouch, but regardless, Dolphin does get more efficient and better all the time, so, still worth a shot :P
