Hacking Will Nintendo repair a Wii that has been opened before?

If you are VERY careful in opening and closing it up, they won't even know the difference. I have successfully done this

they will put 4.1 on there though

no they won't i had to send mine in and they sent me back a older wii with the same firmware i had witch at the time was 3.4u.
