Homebrew Question Will my new switch get banned?

Hi I have picked up a shiny new switch for just gaming not hacking will my old Fortnite account from my old banned switch work on my new console without getting it banned?
I unlinked my old banned Nintendo account (I unlinked a few months ago I just bought my new switch today) from my epic games and made a fresh account to go on my new switch.

I haven't been banned yet for using my old Nintendo account. So, I don't see why you would be banned for using a new account.
