Hello! I got banned on my cfw switch, and I plan on buying a legit console now. Is using the old game that probably got me banned in my cfw switch safe? (Pokemon Sword)

Does it affect the game or is it safe to use in the new switch? Thank you!

By old game, do you mean legitimate or pirated? If you mean legitimate, that depends on whether you went online with it while using CFW. And in case you did go online with it, there is a slight risk at going online with it on the second console but I do not believe the risk is all too high.

If you modded your save, yes, its a high risk of getting the game banned too, if not already.
