I recently reinstalled hekate and atmosphere through the Hats pack which has exosphere, i think it is the thing that blocks the serial number of the console and when i launched emummc i forgot i was being connected to the wifi. I then opened Tinfoil not from the homescreen but from pressing R on one game. I installed two roms, Totk and Undertale and I loaded them just to see if they work. Then I realised i was being connected to the wifi and i activated flight mode. As I said, I have exosphere and the latest Hats pack. Am i flagged or sum?

Hard to tell.

From what I can see, the latest HATS pack uses DNS MITM for sysNAND only (i.e. default.txt file in atmosphere/hosts folder), but not for emuNAND (i.e. there should be emummc.txt file in atmosphere/hosts folder as well, with the same content as default.txt). If you've added emummc.txt file manually or you've set up 90DNS on your WiFi, you should be good as no telemetry got sent.

Also, nim prodinfo blank fix isn't present in the HATS pack so I wonder how Atmosphere didn't crash on you once you connected to the Internet? Unless you're on firmware 16.1.0 or bellow, since they announced it with 17.0.0.

my switch sofware version is 18.1.0 and i didnt do anything else beside installing the Hats pack. i recently started the modded switch thing and i dont rly know and understand everything. I have 90dns on my switch but i didnt activate it before, as it was an instant connection on the internet from the system.

If you've activated 90DNS prior to modding your Switch, it should be fine.

If you've connected to your WiFi, entered 90DNS settings, started modding your Switch and created an emuNAND, during the creation of the emuNAND, sysNAND is pretty much cloned to emuNAND, meaning WiFi settings transferred over to your emuNAND as well.

If the telemetry from your console got sent, there's pretty much nothing you can do reverse it. The best you can do right now is set up DNS MITM on your emuNAND as well, or 90DNS on both, maybe even blank your prodinfo through Exosphere (I'm not sure how effective it is, but it doesn't hurt to set it up as well) and wait. Ban is sometimes instant, other times it can take a few days, weeks or months. You'll know if you ever encounte the "access to the eShop has been restricted for this console" pop-up message.

defualt.txt does both emummc and sysmmc.
latest HATS pack has set exosphere.ini both sysmmc &emummc prodinfo blanked by default. If OP didnt change anything but just extract HATS zip, you should be dns_mitm active and DNS blocked

FYI, seems exosphere updated but not sure if blank serial number back working on FW 17+ or not,
I quick check emummc with blank_prodinfo_emummc=1 on emummc 18.0.1 and opening cartridge game seems fine.
