There are some USB Sticks coming up with the latest Exynos on-board, exceeding OUYA's specs while remaining at a comparable price.*Stuff*
As for the OUYA's controller... what good is a touchpad if you can't physically see what you're touching? Even with an on-screen cursor it's going to be less accurate than just "touching the screen".
PlayStation Certified devices not only get PSOne games - they also have access to PlayStation Mobile games and in the future some cool Gaikai streaming features, so keep that in mind.
As for NVidia supporting the OUYA... NVidia generally supports Tegra devices via Tegrazone and it won't be any different with the Wikipad. Even if there will be exclusives on the OUYA, I'm sure there will also be ways of acquiring them on other Android devices with compatible hardware if you know what I mean.
At the end of the day it all runs down to whether you want a stationary device with no touchscreen, in which case you can opt for the OUYA... or a device that has both and choose something else.
