I can't seem to get wad2iso to install using the installer on the first page. I have no firewalls or AV blocking it. It comes up with a "check internet connection" error. Any help please?

Hi,

Is it just me or do both config usb loader and Uloader not work this? Ive not tried others, but having had success in the past in Uloader, i can onlu guess it has a limit, as its stopped working FAT titles entirely (I only used fat to play my WW/VC, i keep isos on WBFS partition). At first it worked great, but then fat dissapeared.

Now with CFG loader, it wont work at all, no matter what CIOS i choose. Has anyone had any success with this?

Ive got nand mackups pon both my Fat partition on my usb drive, and on the SD card. But still nothing... Its odd... show mii wads did fine, it shows the pics, but just cant load the WW/vc. CFG does fine however with other isos.

I use Rev17, Im not sure if this lies the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated as im going out of my mind. Instead of enjoying one loader for all, ive had to go back to Triiforce, which feels a step back after 8 hrs of messing.
Ah p.s my other potential issue is i use 3.2 E menu. Could this be the prob?

Yup, the installer is bunk. Getting the same error. Can anyone fix that?

I downloaded with no problems two minutes ago. Nothing to 'fix'.

Read the first post (The forwarders won't find 'loader.dol' unless you copy it to the root of your usb/sd)

Greets all ... I used Wad2iso and created a iso from the World of Goo wad and loaded it on my WBFS harddrive with WiiBackup manager. NP I started the Cfg USb loader it saw the game, downloaded the box cover ok. however when I start it I get a blank screen.. the Loader.dol is installed correctly based on the info from the 1st page. I had created a nand folder using uloader with my wads earlier, They load & play fine through uloader.. I was wonder what the difference would be in the Nand created with uloader vs Triforce.... Uloader seemed easier because you just put your wads on the sd card start uloader with homebrew channel and it starts, sets up the Nand... then erases the wad to save space..... Any Ideas??? Or suggestions on what I may be doing wrong.. Thanks All..

Tristar: Im not talking about the Mediafire download, that works just fine and dandy. From within the installer itself, the download ALWAYS fails. Are you sure your host/provider is allowing all countries to download from it? I've tried on two different comps, same thing.

Sure enough, both comps had this installed and by disabling it fixed the problem. Funny though, that Security Essentials didnt even throw up a warning or anything, it just wont allow the download.

I did so and now updated the cfg loader and I see a black screen (use 249 or 222,223)

That would be why I couldn't reproduce the problem (disabled MS 'security' stuff)

Congratulations on discovering which part of windows is causing this problem. It doesn't seem to affect most people, but for the handful that have had a problem with the download. . . . you now have a candidate to check

I don't really know anything about uloader but, I'm sure I read somewhere that it creates an emu nand in a folder called 'nand' whereas Triiforce uses the root dir which would of course make the two incompatible

well it seems the forwarders don't like rev21. i don't know if its the forwarder or the cios itself.

i assume if its the forwarder it could be fixed? i have to assume its the cios.

Same here. I have to mention it's not actually the forwarders that are erroneous: if you open triiforce r78, it crashes as soon as you choose "Use USB-NAND". Considering that it doesn't crash with triiforce MRC 10b, I'm assuming it's the program rather than the cIOS.
