Gaming WiiWare games & wad's

hi guys,

i wanted to know how do i play WiiWare of a SD card or with out installing on my wii(of a usb). also lets say i downloaded a channel forwarder or any other wad for that matter, how would i know this wad would brick my wii? is they some sort of a antivirus or something.

You cannot play games off an SD card without buying them, though you can send the games to the SD card (I don't play Wii often anymore, so I don't really remember), I believe you can play them via the SD icon in the Wii menu. And antivirus's can't really tell you if a wad is dangerous, though it won't be likely that a channel forwarder wad won't brick your Wii. If you install it, and it doesn't do anything, you can simply uninstall it using Wad Manager 1.7 (which is what I used at the time,) by going through the same process of installing it, except just toggling "uninstall wad".
