Framerate has definitely been improved, but still isn't perfect. The game is very playable, so just give it a try.

Well I'm going to have to play this first one on the pc before grabbing this one since I'm sure the stories tie.

This game has its own storyline. But there are a lot of jokes and references to the earlier games. So that's of course a lot funnier if you know what it's all about.
You can can play Monkey Island 1,2 and 3 on your Wii using ScummVM.

Chapter 2's storyline is a continuation of Chapter 1's of course.

they did it only paused for me once when the last scene of the game was loading. this 1 was very easy though i finished it in under 3 hours NO hints used
