Try to rename the game to Kirby.wbfs and retry, sometimes it doesn't like special characters like (USA)

If that still doesn't work google wbfs to iso and retry

Could also be a bad rip, and sometimes Wii U Vc injector just doesn't want to work like it should hard to say.

yes (isn't a bad dump because it works in a wii) i only wanna vc inject it because then i can play it on the wii u gamepad

Have you used wii u vc injector before successfully on that same computer? If not try another computer
