Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha

Dynarec

Crashes at CAPCOM logo

I had that game working ok for PCSX-Revolution rev 18 with around 27fps in-game... I was able to pull off a few dragon punches, fireballs etc... not sure about it on this WiiSX beta 1 but I'll try tonight (its a pain in the butt though transferring games cause I'm out of space on my sd card lol).

In The Hunt, Strider 2, Castlevania SOTN, Raiden DX, Ray Crysis, Tatsunoko fight, R-type Delta and GTA all run very well on WiiSX beta 1 though for me with a consistently high fps (and with just sound issues).

If the addition of this USB HD add-on/hack does happen sometime soon then I'll be v happy.

Tested MediEvil II. Here's the results:

Menu/title screen run at 40 FPS. Gameplay runs at 60 FPS. Voice acting is distorted/scratchy. Background music and sound effects work very well.

When will we get Cl;assic Controller support, the new CCP is gonna make this sooooo more realistic

Half this thread is people asking that question. The answer is:

1) No one knows
2) Whenever you make it.

It's getting annoying.

damn noobs...

well back on topic with the classic contorler... it ran a little bit slower for me on namco museum vol 5... for legend of valkiery i have yet to test my other too games...

thanks anyway for the classic support but i'm sticking GC paddles to see if things get better...

i just did a test with gamecube and classic... with namco museum vol 5 the gamecube ran at normal speed...

while the classic contorler ran 30 less FPS...

huge difference.

so if you don't mind sacing spped then the classic is for you...

the gameplay usally runs around 60-70fps for me so do the math...

Saga Frontier
Dynarec

Cutscene & Start Game Menu @ ~40 FPS Choppy.

Towns run Smooth @ 72 FPS
Battles run Smooth @ 80 FPS

and the music sounds good

The Music is laggy between scenes but besides that it actually sounds good for once.

Hi,

I'm new here, but I'm posting something I think most users will like

I just added Classic Controller support to WiiSX (removing the GC controller code), and got permission from the authors to distribute this simple change I made - they only asked for me not to post the link on the official site, so there are no confusions about who made what.

I claim no credit over anything - I know nothing about PSX emulation or writing Wii homebrew code - I just got devkitpro, looked around on google a little bit, and implemented what needed to be done, specially because I don't have a GC controller and wanted to see this wonderful emulator working

The changes I made were just on Joy1, and I also made the Home button to go back to HBC. The changes in the source, as the new boot.dol are published on my blog: http://www.icongames.com.br/slotblog/2009/...sic-controller/

Hope you guys like it!

P.S.: Since I can't post about it on the official site, is there any major Wii website/forum I should post this?
Hi,
In August I will buy the Classic Controller PRO from JAPAN and hope you will add support for this.
Thank you

agreed
look here

it's like zombies keeping asking the same questions again & again

"hey, I just had an original idea, I'm sure you din't think about but what about adding support for class... ZBAAAM"
" wait, don't hit me, idon't understand, it would be perfect because the classic controller has ZL and ZR and ... VRRRRRRRRRRRRR"
"hello, it's me again... I'm not a coder but what about looking in the code of snes9xgx, you could get some idea if you don't know how to add classic... TSHAAAK !"
"hehe, when do you plan to add support for Maxtor 320GB USB2 ?"

This is just awesome. First release and its already almost full speed without any graphical problems. The only thing i find wrong with it is that when you select the analog controller type at startup then the analog stick is vertically inverted.

It was never inverted me for...

Anyway, if the team can do this well for PSX, imagine what they could do for Wii64? Conker and Perfect Dark at full speed sounds sexy.

Well it is inverted for me using any gamecube controller when you select the analog control type instead of standard.

You can never compare two emulators though, because they are two different things. But I sure hope Wii64 gets up to full speed. But in my opinion WiiSX needs all the attention first, because we already have VC games and injects for N64.

Well, from previews of what they've done, most games are running as well as this. And hardly any games are injection compatible (especially Rare games like Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie, and Goldeneye).

That's the teaser they showed.
