Hacking Wiishop Issues

I have just installed the files that allow access to the wiishop, http://www.wiibrew.org/wiki/Wii_Shop_and_IOS51_installer, but I have installed them and I get an error when I try to access the shop. I am running 3.3v1.

Can you explain the error? Have sure to install correctly the IOS.

I installed a whole pack of IOS that I got. I made sure that IOS 51 was installed before I installed the update for the wiishop but nothing works. I just get told to update.
