Hacking Wiinnertag Down?

Looks like wiinnertag is down. I seen recently that their forums were getting attacked by some user, too. Anyone know anything?

I noticed because my loader kept stalling when booting games randomly. I assumed it was due to a send failure to the wiinnertag.com site.

you can also see my tag isn't showing up. I hope it gets fixed. :L

What is wiinertag? I honestly have no idea what it is, but it sounds like it somehow interacts with wii homebrew, so now I'm all interested, but I see that it is indeed down as you say.

Was it the thing that would update your sig to show what you've been playing on your Wii?

Yus.. That exactly. It works by sending data to Wiinnertag.com based on a unique ID code you input into your Wii's USB Loader, and from there, the site would update your tag and if you have other options enabled, could update twitter or facebook.
