Hardware Wiimote batteries question

Do rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries work with the wiimote?

I think so... I use rechargeable Ni-MH batteries, never had a problem with them

Ive used rechargeables in everything wiimotes, balance board, wireless controllers for about a year...they all work fine........even the cheaper rechareables off ebay from hong kong, which you can get for half price than in us. havent bought a battery in a long long time. use them!

This. Yeah, they always seem to run out quicker than alkaline batteries. But it's ok because you can always recharge them.

Ni-MH are better and they come in higher maH so less charges.

I got myself 4 sony Ni-MH 2500 maH and a charger. Working fine.
