Misc Wiimmfi error 85010

I originally played Mario kart wii online using Wiimmfi in Italy with no problems. However now I moved to Brazil, and everytime Mkwii search for players globally, the error 85010 comes out. I haven't tested this with friends code. Any advice?

Edit : Forgot to mention that both my wii and Mkwii game are PAL.

hmmm, I thing it's a connection problem (closed ports or something similar). Without dump I can't help.

I would gladly generate a dump. Just tell me how. (Or if you have some sort of website with a tutorial in it, it's the same.)
