GCN WiiKey Fusion Region Switch?

I can't seem to tick the switches on my Wiikey Fusion.
It appears like there is a plastic layer over the chip with the region switches, however I can't find any information about this.

How do I get the plastic off to flip the switches?
Also: The cube is NTSC with Swiss Autoboot r216
I've heard It needs to be set to PAL when I'm using Swiss Autoboot.

Any ideas?

just peel off the orange layer of plastic and you can use the switches.
it's done in the factory i think to protect them during shipping

It's not orange though... I really can't tell :\

It doesn't have to be set to pal. I have autoboot also. It's just that swiss has a bug currently so that only the pal build of swiss works, but that isn't a problem really my cube still outputs ntsc no problemo. Also, you should go to gcforever if you want to ask questions like this and some SD cards don't autoboot.
