Homebrew Wiigator's HBC

Does anyone know if Wiigator's Wii Homebrew Backup Launcher (HBL) software can also boot foreign games as well as back-ups?

What I also want to know about is the Gamecube Loader for the Wii. Do I need to install the Wii HBL cIOS part before proceeding with installing mIOS?

You don't need the wii backup loader to install the GC backup loader. That includes IOS too, as IOS runs in wii mode only.

OK first of all: the title says HBC, which is the Homebrew Channel and is not made by wiigator
Second: HBL is homebrew Launcher, another wii app
If you want to abbreviate the Backup Launcher, use BL

To answer the question: the BL is made to boot Backups (duh) and can boot games (retail/backup) from every region
To run the GC BL you need to install the cIOS from the normal BL first

IOS runs in wii mode only.

not really, the MIOS is an IOS too, you know
