Dent, the default IOS is 249. In the next release (R7) i'll build two versions, 222 and 249.

I just tried the forwarder and dol from your post and I'm getting a code dump when pressing home (either on the wiimote or OSD home).

in the wiiflow settings set 'exit to wii menu' to ON/Yes

That did it. I didn't even think about checking that setting.

Hey, the 'exit to wii menu' doesn't seem to do anything for me. Wether it is set to yes or no, when I press the home-button (in the gui or on the wii-mote), it returns to wii system menu. Even when I did not unlock parental controls. I launch wiiflow through a channel if that matters (not a forwarder).

Other question: Will it be possible to create channels that launch a game through wiiflow, with parameters like fix002 and cIOS possible? Like you can currently do with loadstructor? Loadstructor uses cloader as a loader though, I'd like to be able to use wiiflow as a loader instead.

@dipswitch, the exit issue is fixed in Wiiflow 1.1 R7, no need to set the exit setting.
@erikk1, if Wiiflow is launched from HBC and exit to wii menu is set to No, it returns to HBC on exit. If Wiiflow is launched by a forwarder or channel, it returns to Wii System Menu on exit.

Hey man, would be nice if we could 'lock' people in wiiflow as long as they dont unlock parent control. So then they can not leave wii-flow and can not get to the system menu. Then I'll use preloader to boot the wii into wiiflow and other people in the house wont be able to mess things up by messing with channels/settings/updates from the wii system menu.

no where, go to the games setting and press the arrow where it says main.dol to change the dol it uses, .dol are now ran straight from the games partition on the WBFS drive so .dols arent need anywhere else e.g extracted with wiiscrubber

every up to date usb loader doesnt need exter nal .dol's to use as alt-dol

Thanks, Pepxl

This is the first time I have wanted to use an alt-dol for USB Loader (or any other loader).

Every time I try the alt-dol method on wiiflow, I click the little arrows, but nothing except main.dol is written. How do you use it?

it only works with games that have multiple .dol files

e.g MPT, WSR etc

Great loader! Thanks to everyone involved.

To the people continuing the wiiflow project: you should consider starting a new thread to keep the downloads and required information updated in the first post.

Keep up the amazing work!
