Hacking Wiiflow - Won't load past please wait screen

I'm not 100% if this is the correct place to post this, but here is goes.....

I have softmodded my wii to 4.2. It is a black one that runs on 4.2u firmware. My HDD is a Western Digital 500gb Passport. Yes, I checked and it's compatible.

I went through the modding just fine despite being new to it. It was quite simple. I didn't get any errors while I did it.

However, when I go to launch wiiflow, it just stays at the please wait screen. For hours! I have never been able to play my games. It's very disappointing.

I was wondering if anyone knew of anything I could do.

hide the VirtualCD of your My Passport Essential , the usb loaders are searching for your primary active partition but instead they find the VCD and that blocks everything. just go to the site http://wdc.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wdc.cfg/ph...amp;p_topview=1 .after that it should be working, i don't know if you have important data on it but it would be wise to make a backup first, my data didn't get lost when i did the process but you never know
