Hacking Wiiflow not recognizing usb stick

bare with me guys im kinda new to this so i have wiiflow installed and everytime i try to load games from the usb stick it acts like there is nothing there meanwhile it reads them perfectly from my sd card. i have tried other loaders but none seem to read my usb

    I use SD Ex as it is, the ones with 2 rows of contacts FOR those 1Gb transfer speeds
