WiiFlow Custom Titles

I have searched a LOT about WiiFlow Custom Titles, but I cannot find any detailed info on how. Can someone please help me?

Yes, but I don’t think that is detailed enough. For example, where in the files IS custom_titles? And what do I do after I finish editing, do I save it on Notepad?

in sd/usb wiiflow setting ,yesyou can edit it with notepad.
