only one remark concerning the save path of the emus.

In general you have following Plugin config:
[PLUGIN]
magic=56424168
coverColor=fcff00
coverFolder=GBC
fileTypes=.gb|.sgb
romDir=vbagx/roms/GBC
dolFile=vbagx-mod9.dol
bannerSound=gba.ogg
displayname=Gameboy Color
ReturnLoader=yes
consoleCoverID=nintendo

But the savepath is missing. In which folder is the emu/plugin saving savestates?

Another question concerning the design:
Is it possible to change the design of the plugin to fit more into the wiiflow style.
Means to have one design over all emulators?

But the savepath is missing. In which folder is the emu/plugin saving savestates?
that INI file only tells WiiFlow what it needs to know in order to run and WiiFlow doesn't deal with savestates directly.
in this case, the VBAGX plugin you're using will automatically use something like /vbagx/saves/ for those. If you run the HBC version of the emulator you MIGHT be able to change that from there but I'm not for sure about that.

Each plugin DOL will have it's own internal setting for that that may or may not be changeable.

But I have a nice code dump.
That codedump is not really nice, I checked it and it crashes in reading a WAV file, I got no real idea what can crash in reading a simple WAV file I must admit, may check if the paths to it are really correctly set in the theme ini and if its a compatible one with wiiflow (just check themes which work in booting)

Thanks for the hint, I have changed the following lines in my theme:
click_sound=click.wav
hover_sound=survol.wav
sound_flip=flip.wav

All 3 files are there and have always worked, anyways I deleted the 3 files names from the .ini and voila: no more code dump.
I also have no more flip sound but I can play around now and compare to other themes.
Thanks for the great effort, wiiflow really rocks.

Here's a look at the new WiiFloWiki I've been working on. Still very much a work in progress.

https://sites.google...te/wiiflowiki4/
I noticed the themes in particular are redirecting to the old sites.google wiiflowiki themes, all those themes are for very old versions of WiiFlow.

To avoid confusion for newcomers, fledge68 could you update the themes and link them to your pack instead, until pics are ready and we have something more along the lines of the forwarders page.

@[member='abdallahterro'] is there a way to extract images from a compiled dol? Specifically a priiloader dol? I want to extract the splash screen I see when launching WiiFlow that some old priiloader dol's have, and make some new forwarders. Thanks,

Yes you can change where your savestates are "saved" to from within the emulators themselves.

Working on it. in the mean time have changed links to keep from going to old 2.2 wiki.

Thanks bro, site looks promising, I don't see why most of the information from the old wiki couldn't just be migrated to the new one and tweaked for updates and changes. Would make it easier and less time consuming ;)

Many ways indeed, capture using PC tool, Capture using Sneek and even using Dolphin,
might need some final touched though :)

Edit: USB Gecko can also do the trick but I don't have one

I managed to correct my Carbonik theme to fix all buttons related codedumps in settings and category pages: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?bbwbbbltloskqji
When combined with the 712 ultimate pack the results are truely amazing - best combo that not only looks good but also never codedumps :)

I don't have any errors... does the errors only happen when using gc setups and such? As I only use WF for wii and emulators at present with no hitches at all.

Neek2o related stuff, you're fine :)

I would like to add a demo video for wiiflow 4 to the new wiki. If you have the time and video capture capabilities please make a new demo and supply me with the link. Be sure to show the default theme, banner animations preview and full, plugins of various kinds, browse games and show different coverflow layouts, the new home menu and help guide, and maybe categories or whatever else new options wiiflow 4 has. Please post it on youtube.

Edit: at some point during the demo you can switch to a different theme if you like.

I have this issue with not being able to return to wiiflow after exiting a EmuNand channel game that I started in sneek mode. what happens is that the
screen stays black and the blue light on the wii blinks slowly. The same happens when I push "exit to neek20" in wiiflow, black screen blinking light.
I dont know when and how it happened, I can remember that it used to work not too long ago. And now it doesnt workanymore, I have the latest versions of neek20and wiiflow,
and I dont know from what side to tackle the issue. Sneek works fine btw when I start it from the system menu via a forwarder channel, so I think the
Nand on the FAT is fine. or isnt it?

Try 712 in my sig "ultimate pack" Neek2o mode stopped working for me too with latest rev (725) - I still didn't find the root of the problem but it might be due to the way the emunand has been made.
On a side note: make sure you have Wiiflow Fw channel and WiiFlowLoader hidden channel on emunand too (also included in ultimate pack)

Good luck

I went and extracted some images from the neek2o forwarder for use with the wiiware games that require it. Thought it might make it easier for initial setup. (perhaps they should be put on the ones you get directly from gametdb) Thought I'd post it for anyone else that wants it. Just copy/paste to an empty corner of the cover.

And these could be used to label GC games on which "no DVD patch" or "NMM" does not work. The graphics fit into the top right corner of a GC cover. when you paste it there the text "use disc" and "use card" become visible :)

Ok guys, I found the root of the neek2o bug:
in rev 713 an option (if function) was added to disable launch using Neek2o mode (depending on partition used)
That's what made neek2o mode stop for some users but not for others.

So all what I did is revert the changes made as follows:
2n9yixx.png

Compiled 726 with above changes with no errors and Neek2o mode works again as it should.

It's kind of weird and confusing to make wiiflow decide to disable neek2o mode even when the user select this mode

Here's my modified 726 dol: http://www.mediafire...idh6iaduptlc8dn

Since all works fine again so far, I'll updated my Ultimate pack to WF 726-mod+uNeek2o 93b6 when more testing is done... (check my sig)

Edit: Done - Ultimate pack up to date once again
Changes: WF updated to rev 726, uNeek2o to rev 93 b6, added custom titles file for sneek, removed one forwarder channel.
Here you go: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?lubkz9fn358kufm

Have a nice day :)

that;s strange that that fixes your problem. It shouldn't really fix your problem because emu-nand should be on 1st partition and all it says is disable the use neek option if emu-nand isn't on first partition. But if it works it works. strange but good for you.

man i can't believe people are still using my old channel.(might need to update one of those.). i made this when neek2o first hit.
that does sound like a good thing though. along with the other post . would cause less confusion, when launching a game. if people don't have them sorted out.(most of the game that work with neek only, i have saved as favorites.( i just changed the favorites icon, to a neek icon, on main menu.( so instead of favorites mine has a neek icon for sorting,i really don't have a "favorite" game.)
just watch TIN TIN if your planning on playing that through neek. it has corrupted my neek set up.( if this happens, open sneek folder on usb an delete all the cfg files, then in the nand there will be a sneek file,delete that also.) not sure if any other games cause this. but i did narrow it down to this one game, an trashed a nand just to make sure it was this game.
@fledge68, adding a button to a theme or to wiiflow, is that hard? or could i just use one of the buttons already there.( leaving the favorite button an add a neek button for the games,that people(me), want to use with neek. like i mentioned above.
