wow. thanks

Well,I think I doscovered a bug. Using r687 I cannot start any GC games using Devolution.Wiiflow keeps returning to HBC.I tried PSO with r663 and the game boots perfectly. Has anyone tried to use Devolution with the latest build?
THANK YOU! Glad to see I'm not the only one. I also haven't been able to boot devo games lately. To be more specific, somewhere between revs 672 and 676 Wiiflow stopped booting through devo, except on rare occasions. Hopefully this information will help in figuring out what went wrong.
I thought [member='luck_gh0st'] and [member='thevoiceover'] got things working with Devo once they installed d2x v9b49 which is what Fix has and is working for him as well. Which d2x version do you have? Maybe it's worth a try to update

Exactly the same thing happened to me!In order to play using Devolution,I am using r663.

I've upgraded from 2.2 r415 to 3.1 r590, and noticed two annoyances...

i) exiting wiiflow: used to just press 'A' on the home button - now have to choose 'exit to' then 'system menu' as well as home button press, Is this avoidable?

ii) speed from SD: this one might just be me but it seem to take longer loading up. I use 64GB SD just for the couple of wii games I regularly play, no NAND use or wiiware (buttons hidden). Are there any compiled versions for Wii games only or even SD only?

thx..

i) just press the home button twice.
ii) updating from 2.2 to this is a big jump. It might be good to invest the time to delete all your files and start over (just keep your cover and boxcover folders) it will be kinda slow the first time through while it constructs the cache and stuff but starting it up after that should hopefully be faster.

EDIT : oops, I think I read the version wrong there ... maybe you could try 4.0 while you're at it.

Can someone edit the wiiflow forwarder channel and insert the all animations from starnight please? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-A8yHVDjFgQ

Can you send me that wad in a PM please :)
I'm not sure if it's the same one but I think there's still an old one linked on wiiflowiki.com.

EDIT : (in the forwarders section)
EDIT2 : Actually, it would be really nice to have all of these updated with the v12c neek2o compatible forwarder. Maybe [member='Fledge68'] could host them on his installation guide site.
EDIT3 : Also, looking at this, I remember that the last time they were updated on WiiFloWiki, only the default PriiLoader forwarder was updated because of not having access to the original splash screens. That same forwarders page also has links to some nice PNG images that could be used as replacement splashes (even though I'm not sure if they're the same ones or the right size or anything.)

Whenever I try a new rev I let it build it's own WiiFlow.ini and than just copy my settings over to make sure I have no issues, it's a bit more time consuming but it works. I wish we could have like an external setting file that WiiFlow could read off to setup the .ini or maybe [member='Damian666'] will drop a beta of his wiiflow ini app lol. I haven't gotten him all the info just yet on ini settings but I'm close

still working on it, im at the general section now, so im getting there xd

Can someone test that please: 12c Starnight with original soundtrack loop: http://www.mediafire...fg4uhfdu93b645d
Carbonik is next need original soundtrack though, if someone has it please!
So, by original soundtrack, you need something like an MP3 from the person that first made it because the sound quality in the actual WAD is too bad? or did you just want a link to the original WAD file to get the sound from it? or has the original soundtrack been changed from that one?

I've already made all the original forwarders found on wiiflowiki.com with the new 12c dol base. I just replace the dol with customize mii and leave the original banner and sound. Would you like me to post these, or are you adding your own personal tweaks?

Even if he is making his own personal tweaks, the more the merrier. I like having options.

Hey is anyone having issues with the GameTDB button not working? Or with covers not loading?
I redid everything and deleted the cache.

EDIT: About the GameTDB button not working= maybe it was a temporary bug with my hardware or my network.. I didn't work all day today and now after I deleted everything again but this time turned off the Wii to go eat I turned it back on and it works.
Hmmmm....? somehow the covers appeared this time... maybe it's time for a CHKDSK?
