Homebrew Wiicm no longer works

I am on 4.2U, hacked, with cIOS38Rev14, trucha IOS, hbc, bootmii, and preloader. The problem is that when I load a text file, wiicm shows a light blue screen and says "Turn codes on or off, press home to exit or create gct", but no codes are listed to select, and there are many cheats in the text file.

Also, when i hit home(to exit or create gct) it freezes.
