Hardware WiiBackup Manager HELP needed

I converted my .wbfs format drive to FAT32. In doing so i have a directory on the FAT32 partition called /wbfs.

Here's the problem, all of my games are in one folder when in fact the games should each have their own folder. I have 480 games in one folder and i need to put them in their individual folders. HELP

The main reason i need this is because the games don't have any names below them on wiiFlow if they are in one directory, they need to be in individual folders.
