Hacking wii / vwii system transfer

i already googled for ages , i got a wii u , and i wanna transfer the old wii system ,
i know all the way around ,
but the "wii u system transfer" channel :/ ... is impossible to download (old wii shop channel)
i keep getting "error code : 204910
is there a way to get a wad file for the "wii u system transfer" , links please :'(
