I like the new update, but hate it at the same time. The Wii actually seems faster to me for some reason. Even the homebrew channel likes it, but I can not install wad files.

where's wad manager 1.21?? I have 1.2...

I just dont understand why wad manager started acting all funky when i DIDN'T update...

guess I'll just wait for the new fix...

See:

You see it's out. So.. maybe start searching on google.....
Or register at the forum over there....

I guess thanks to tona/Muzer, just installed the IOS51/Shop Channel, and I'm going to go see!

lol, I'm still running WAD Manager 1.0, haven't bothered to update.

I have an application for people that updated and has cIOS installed (rev3 or higher).
QUOTE(waninkoko @ Oct 24 2008, 06:57 PM) I didn't release it yet, maybe I'll do it if people finds it useful.

i installed the new things to make the shop channel work again etc (thanks muzer) but theres one thing bothering me, when i load up GH:WT and go to the shop it says searching for shop update and then it doesnt find any songs and leaves the music store. i thought there were some songs?....whats going on.

I accidentaly upgraded my PAL Wii (with wiikey 1.9s) to firmware 3.3E.
My backup copy of Disaster: Day of Crisis does not work. At boot disc says: system error (or something like that), please reset.
Any help? Is it normal? Neither gekOS nor HBC previusly installed. Am I screwed?

Quick Question:

If I go the route with Muzer's fix (Wii Shop and IOS51 installer), will I still be able to use Starfall & the DVDx?
I'm currently running 3.2U, and I don't want to lose those nifty features.

Ah! Wonderful.
I'm out of the loop with all the IOS & cIOS talk, so I wasn't exactly sure what I did to the IOS when I installed Starfall & Dvdlib. Since I still didn't know, I thought it would be best to ask.

So I'll install the protection, but still hold off on updating; at least until a new Starfall comes out.

Does the disc use the signing bug? If so, you will need a version that does not use that bug. I don't believe that GeckoOS can run them on this update.

Yes, you will still be able to use them. If you wanted, you could use tona's version, which will apply the signing bug into IOS51.
