Homebrew Wii u usb helper- Stuck at ticket cache

I had the wii u usb helper working and then after I did something wrong it stopped working so I decided to reinstall the app somewhere else. Now I am stuck at preparing ticket cache for about an hour and I cant do anything about it.

Somebody told me the titlekey site is down. Have you tried downloading anything today?

i download yes i use u tik dwn hlp and its ok for me yesterday the titlekey was dwn not today for me
