this is what i did to my wii u before this happened:
i ran vwii decaffeinator on agressive mode, as expected, i got the error 160-0101 beacuse i had a wii disc inserted in my console, however, the wii u menu booted normally after i removed it.
Afterward, i decided to rebuild the Wii U MLC, then i uninstalled ISFShax. After the rebuilding the mlc and going through the initial wii u setup, the health & safety app was missing so i thought updating the console could bring it back. (i needed to update anyways so i could use the vwii mode after using vwii decaffeinator) i launched the aroma environment to unblock updates, and so i started updating my console.

And then this started happening

this error appears when i turn on the console. if i press the "ok" button on the gamepad screen, the console restarts only to show this same screen.
i cant get out of this loop. is there any solution to fix this error?

I would recommend you rebuild again. Make sure you have all the 52 mlc titles on the SD, that you erase MLC and scfm and to check the log to see if anything failed to install

im unable to install another mlc rebuild to the console because my wii u wont boot on any other screen but the one i showed in the video.
it looks like the only option left is to restore my nand backup but i don't know absolutely anything about the process of restoring a wii u nand backup.

You uninstalled ISFShax, which was your safety net and entry point. Now you have to hope that UDPIH works to install ISFShax again. If that doesn't work you have to use PTB.
From there you can rebuild the MLC clean.
