Open one of the preinstalled apps on your Wii U, like Youtube (assuming you haven't installed it yet.) After a lengthy loading screen, it should take you to a placeholder screen with a description of the app and a menu that says "Please wait for the update data to be distributed." The music track that plays here seems to be unique and I can't find it on the Internet.
